PAYMENT TERMS

All fees for services are due as outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Callforia will maintain the confidentiality of all user data and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Callforia, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Callforia and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Callforia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

Callforia reserves the right to terminate any service agreement without notice if the user violates these terms and conditions.
